Made with Willamette Raspberries from Westerway Raspberry Farm, this jam is bursting with rich, intense flavour Smaller and darker than other varieties, these raspberries create a vibrant, deeply fruity jam that pure, bright and full of character. Strawberry Jam
Made with 100% Tasmanian Albion Strawberries from Cressy, hand-harvested at the height of summer for maximum sweetness and flavour. This is no ordinary strawberry jam – bursting with bright, sun-ripened fruit, it’s pure, classic and utterly delicious. Perfect on toast, swirled into yoghurt, or paired with scones and cream.
Blackberry Jam
Crafted from heritage Loch Ness blackberries hand-picked in southern Tasmania, this exceptional jam captures their naturally deep colour and rich, pure flavour. Each jar is carefully handmade and packed to preserve the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness – a true taste of Tasmania’s finest blackberries.
