At Island Harvest Tasmania, we believe that truly great jam begins with the fruit itself – the right variety, grown in the right place, at the right time. Just as the finest winemakers craft single-vineyard wines, we celebrate single-varietal preserves that express the character of Tasmania’s landscape and seasons.

Each jar tells a story of origin and care: Willamette Raspberries bursting with bright acidity, Albion Strawberries rich and full-bodied, Loch Ness Blackberries with their deep, complex sweetness, and Moorpark Apricots capturing the warmth of early summer. Even our Blood Orange Marmalade reflects the island’s cool climate and long ripening days.

Made in small batches and stirred by hand, our jams are a collaboration between growers, makers, and community – people who share a passion for flavour, authenticity, and the joy of connection. Spread it, spoon it, savour it – and taste the true spirit of Tasmania, one variety at a time.

Please note: Our Willamette Raspberry Jam usually sells out each year so we respectfully request a limit of 2 jars per person to allow more people to savour it.
